David DesLauriers

Chairman

David DesLauriers is a co-principal of DLE Group, a merchant bank focused on deal origination of primarily resource, energy and special situation companies since 2004. DLE Group has been active in venture formation as founder or co-founder of numerous public and private mining and energy exploration, development and production companies operating in over 30 countries. These companies have collectively raised over $2.5 Billion in the past 10 years, and have achieved collective market capitalizations of over $10.0 Billion, with many having notable exits to industry majors and participants via joint ventures or trade sales.

Blair Jordan

Chief Executive Officer

Blair is a public company CEO, board member, and capital markets executive with experience in mining, energy, and technology, including senior positions in investment banking and capital markets Credit Suisse in New York, London and Tokyo, followed by leadership positions at public companies across Nasdaq, TSX, and global markets. As a banker, Blair’s core focus was strategic and speciality metals, including various alloy metals, tungsten and rare earth elements, as well as downstream speciality metal value chains. Blair currently sits on the boards of Goldgroup Mining Inc. (TSXV: GGA) and Standard Uranium Ltd. (TSXV: STND). In his most recent management role, Blair was recruited by the institutional investors of a failing Nasdaq company, where he led its restructuring and transformation from a $4 Million market cap biotech company to a digital financial services business, raising $800 Million ($575 Million in its last round in 2025) and achieving a $2+ Billion market cap, with its stock trading with liquidity of hundreds of millions to billions of dollars every day. Blair holds an MBA from Chicago Booth Business School and a LL.B Law degree from the University of British Columbia.

John Mirko

MAX Mine Manager

John Mirko has 50 years of experience in the mining industry, having consulted and prospected internationally with successful experience in discovery, permitting, mine construction and operation. John was the founder of Roca Mines Inc. which previously operated the MAX Mine when it was last in production as its flagship asset, achieving a market capitalization of CAD $900 Million. John is the founder of several mining companies, including Pacific Rim Mining Corp., Frontier Pacific Mining Corp., Roca Mines Inc., Stikine Gold Corp. and, more recently, Canam Mining Corporation and Canam Alpine Resources Ltd before selling it to Vizsla Silver Corp. in 2019.

Stacy Freudigmann

Principal Mine Engineer

Stacy Freudigmann P.Eng., F. AusIMM. has been working in the mining industry for 30 years, managing, developing and operating mining projects across the world. Stacy was an Engineering Manager at Hunter Dickinson (a leading private Canadian mining group) and Production Superintendent at Worsley Alumina (BHP Billiton). He has worked on Feasibility studies for mining and engineering companies on projects globally, including for Dalradian Gold Ltd, Maritime Resources Corp., Sabina Gold & Silver Corp. recently purchased by B2Gold, Osisko Development Corp., Nyrstar, SRK Consulting, and many others.
